RecommendedMy son was born 7/3/19 and left 8/3/19 the NICU nurses and staff were amazing and took very good care of my son and made me very comfortable i really liked victora and Reyna !!!💙💙💙💙💙
No empathy whatsoever. Reminds me of the old brackenridge hospital. Waste of time. Wait for ever and not get seen. Tell you your child is next but have 4 others called before them. Then to leave with rude comments and sarcasm. Great ER department at night - NOT
I have been bringing my son here since 2017. The psychiatrist Dr Ross was great but has since left. The only reason I'm going here is due to insurance. I got on the waiting list "2 1/2 YEARS AGO" for the counselor. The only reason I found out I had an appt finalllllllly was when I got an alert it was canceled. So I called and they said they had scheduled it and NO ONE EVER BOTHERED TO LET ME KNOW. And.d.d.d.d then I couldn't get another appt at all and they would have to let me know when and appt time opened up. So, jump for... read more
From the doctors to the janitors...the best and warmest service you can receive!
This place has been so great! I brought my 10 month old in to the ER and was admitted. We have been here for 5days and they have been wonderful. The doctors are informative and direct. The nurses are sweet and on top of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better support system during this hardship.
We’ve spent the past 7 months in and out of the hospital for my now 2 year olds chemo and the staff there in 4 North are simply Just amazing and genuinely love my baby, lots of tears today when she finished her final round and they gave her tears and bubble parade to celebrate her. I wouldn’t recommend any other hospital for my kids.
If you would actually like results and to hear back from a doctor about what is going on with your child, you should go somewhere else. Two months and still no response. The geneticist office here is one the worst medical operations I have ever experienced.
