RecommendedWe were in the ER the night of Friday going into Saturday morning 12/13-12/14. Elizabeth was our nurse. She was great! She’s actually been the BEST nurse my kids have had in the ER at Dell Children’s. I always dread going to the ER there because the nurses have been so cold and yucky. She used the care board, was funny, and over all just happy. Kudos to Elizabeth!!
Well it was a rough weekend for my little munchkin who had to go into the hospital for viral gastroenteritis and dehydration/acute kidney injury, but I’m happy to report he’s at home and up to his normal shenanigans. Thanks to Dell Childrens Medical Center for taking such great care of us. Staff is wonderful. The nurses are so kind always smiling. I really appreciate the heartfelt care they gave to my son . Many blessing to you.
Having an autistic child itself it’s hard as a parent. My son was scheduled for surgery today and from the moment we checked in every staff member was wonderful. My son has been in and out for different surgeries and every time we go we are welcomed and the nurses make my son feel super special. Even though he is non verbal ASD.
My daughter had surgery here and they are amazing! I cannot express my gratitude enough to this wonderful hospital.
How about charge proper rates for procedures. you charged 15K for a bronchoscopy which standard costs even 100% out of pocket should be NO MORE than 5-6K. and even after the insurance company paid 10K, you want me to pay the remaining 5K...so you are charging me 3X for a procedure. That is not good business practice.
