Worst billing department I've ever dealt with in all of my 60-something years. They lie to you over the phone, sweep their incompetence under the rug and out of sight of their supervisors, and never attempt to fix their own mistakes. All done under the name of Seton Medical Center, of course. The medical team is terrific, but the aftermath of care is the biggest cluster-you-know-what I've ever seen. This incompetence is fully-documented on my behalf by my insurance carrier, so I'm not afraid to say this in public.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with the level of care and education we received with our newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic 14 year old son. Receiving a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease can be scary. We left feeling calm and confident that our son is going to be okay with the proper care plan, and feeling very capable of handling it. This place is awesome! Brought my kid in yesterday and she ended up having to have her appendix removed. The staff from cafeteria all the way to the surgeon that performed the procedure have been great. Everyone is so friendly and seem to all be happy. Must be one great place to work.
My son was transferred from Baylor Scott&White last Wednesday morning. Everyone from Dell was amazing. Leon in the ambulance even came back the next day to the ICU to check on him. His nurse Robbie made him smile despite his pain. Robbie is one of the few things he remembers from the four day ordeal caused by flu and severe asthma. This was our second stay at Dell and our city is so fortunate to have this hospital�

well child protective services trying to take my daughter so i made them bring her to this Hosiptal to prove them wrong i did not physically abused my daughter but i was told to sit in the lobby in the emergency room and i really dont know what she told the nurses but they put my child in trauma and stucked a iv in my childs hand while shes was tortured by child protective services and i spoked two social workers two are three doctors and tbree nurses and five techs and i hit my right eyes on the screen monitor by accident t... read more
