Extremely knowledgeable,thorough and explains things well
Dr Alessandro went over my MRI with me and suggested an injection which he did right there. He answered all my questions. It was quick and painless! Way to go Dr Alessandro! And thank you to Theresa his assistant.
Dr. Alessandro did partial menisectomy 7 weeks ago. Just got full clearance for return to gym activities. He did wrist tendinitis surgery 13 years ago. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I highly recommend him. He Took his time, answered questions, personable and thorough. Great physical therapy department at Excel also. With Dr Alessandro and Excel you can’t go wrong. Any further orthopedic issues, that’s the place !!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alessandro and here are some. He is a consummate professional, knowledgeable, direct, can be counted on to answer any question put to him. I've had several surgeries with him from knee replacements to rotator cuff repair and will be forever grateful for his expertise. If an orthopedic surgeon is needed, he's the doctor to go to.

Excellent. I felt validated and heard when talking to him. He didn’t push off anything I said and went through every symptom together. He explained the diagnosis and what’s happening in a way so I could understand it.
