Shoulder replacement. Excellent results and follow up visits. Was available for phone questions and advise.
I have used Dr. Alessandro for both a shoulder and elbow issue, with amazing results for each. He lays out all options, with surgery being the last option, and never rushes to get people under the knife. He is a fantastic orthopedic!
David is amazingly attentive and knowledgeable. His thoughtful and thorough approach is what I needed to heal.

Dr Alessandro went over my MRI with me and suggested an injection which he did right there. He answered all my questions. It was quick and painless! Way to go Dr Alessandro! And thank you to Theresa his assistant.
Dr. Alessandro did partial menisectomy 7 weeks ago. Just got full clearance for return to gym activities. He did wrist tendinitis surgery 13 years ago. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I highly recommend him. He Took his time, answered questions, personable and thorough. Great physical therapy department at Excel also. With Dr Alessandro and Excel you can’t go wrong. Any further orthopedic issues, that’s the place !!
