Dr A was very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on and suggested an injection unfortunately it did nothing. At our next visit he injected again under ultrasound and I have much less pain and more movement. He has a very caring demeanor. I will be back if needed.

I would definitely recommend him. Unfortunately, he was 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment and spent only 5 minutes with the patient.
Dr. Alessandro listened to my description of problem, asked the right questions, viewed X-rays and did a physical exam to determine course of action. He was very thorough and although the problem is not “fixed” he gave me a good start with instructions to touch base if PT doesn’t work
Dr. Alessandro always listens to my issues. Has a tremendous amount of knowledge about my aging conditions. Has successfully operated on me to fix shoulder issues and is currently helping me with the athritis in my wrists.
Dr. Alexandro listens to you, explains test and X-Ray results. He is a brilliant surgeon who gets the job done right and recovery is unbelievable. I had hand surgery and was back to work pain free the next day.
