Dr. Alessandro kindly explained my knee pain, ( due to a fall that aggravated my psoriatic arthritis)and he made sure that I felt little/ or no discomfort in draining my knee and giving a cortisone shot.
Dr. Was ON time for visit no wait. Staff was pleasant. Facility was CLEAN!!! All staff was Dr has a friendly , pleasant . personality. Listened to me! Efficient diagnosis and given resolutions and the ability to request further treatment .
Just him....very informative and down to earth.
