Dr Alessandro is probably the best of the best. He is amazing in his field and I recommend him to everyone who needs to see an orthopedic doctor. He always fixes the problem. My family has been going to him for years and we won’t change
I was given appointment within days of calling. Minimum wait time in office. All of the staff was friendly and professional. X-rays taken on the spot. Diagnosis made and discussion of treatment alternatives. Selection made and treatment initiated. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
Dr. Alessandro was able to efficiently diagnose my problem and made recommendations for treatment. He did not rush the visit and I felt completely heard. He is outstanding!

Went to this visit anticipating the worse, but got a far less diagnosis.
I went to MGH with a torn bicep 10 weeks ago. MGH said that they couldn't schedule me for a follow up for 2 months, so I called Excel. Excel scheduled an appointment to see me the next day. They quickly got approval for an MRI and confirmed that I had a torn bicep. They scheduled me for a surgery very soon after. Everything about the surgery went well. The OR was clean and organized.
