Simply put David is the best in his profession.
Dr. Alessandro took the time to explain the causes and possible treatment options with me. He didn’t push any option on me but explained pros and cons of each and then made his recommendations. This was my second appointment with him and I appreciate his thoughtful and considerate care.
Office in general is very efficient. Dr has seen my wife before so I've had prior experience. He is competent and thorough. He made me comfortable with his assessment and plan to address my issue including options.

I was seen very quickly. He was thorough and took his time. He gave me exercises to do at home.
My wife and I have been treated and healed of various ailments by Dr Alessandro for several years. Two new knees for my wife, a repaired quad tendon for me, always such outstanding skill and professionalism from him and the entire Excel Orthopedics team. Dr Alessandro is also just a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with.
