I have been a patient of Dr. Alessandro for many years. My visits are always thorough. He listens to my concerns , and always offers the best treatment. I have so much confidence in everything he takes care of. I would never go anywhere but Excel orthopedic and Dr. ALessandro.
Dr. Alessandro spends the time necessary for a positive outcome. He is a good listener giving the patient his full attention. Very good physician.

Dr. Alessandro in my opinion is a great doctor. He listens to you and answers any and all questions and is also extremely thorough. I love that he explains things in laymen terms.
He listened carefully and helped me figure out the best approach He admitted that he didn’t know what red light therapy was and asked me about it.
