He’s very thorough. He explains everything that’s going to happen during an office visit or a procedure. He answers any questions I have. He’s very nice.
He is not only a fabulous surgeon but a wonderful human being. A good golfer as well
I had a follow up visit after a surgery. I had specific questions relating to injury site but Dr. Alessandro wouldn't answer the questions. Instead he focused on some other issues, while important, but still ignore my questions despite being asked several times. He either didn't know the answers, or he knew but didn't want to tell me.
Good to see Dr. Alessandro. I had both my shoulders X-ray’d and Dr. reviewed with me in the exam room. After consulting on my shoulders and listening to my feedback on pain mgt. he deemed a cortisone shot appropriate and administered. Feeling better today

Dr. Alessandro was professional and efficient in a caring manner. He listened to my concerns and offered good advice. I felt comfortable with his treatment plan and have had excellent results.
One couldn't ask for a better doctor that cares about your welfare. This is much needed so one can say anything that might be important thus narrowing down what is physically wrong.
I would very strongly recommend Dr. Alessandro to anyone with a shoulder or upper arm issue. Dr. Alessandro listened to my explanation of how my injury occurred and tested the limit of my arm/shoulder mobility. He thoroughly explained the cause of my pain and offered two optional treatments. In 2010, Dr. Alessandro successfully treated me for a partial rotator cuff tear and until this recent issue there were no issues with my arm/shoulder.
