My problem was with his assistant. My child was misdiagnosed, given an Xray without protection to his genital area and was given the wrong treatment plan. When I called to complain, Dr Alessandro called back and though he acknowledged that the problem did not warrant an unprotected pelvic x ray, and that the plan given was incorrect, he did not apologize, rather said he would speak to his assistant. He answered my questions but seemed irritated and uninterested that he had to deal with me.
Dr Alessandro was thorough and patient while explaining how to help me get pain free.
Saw him twice in spring of 2016 at Excel Orthopedics. Great experiences. Very personable. A runner himself, he understood my desire to keep running. Told me what was wrong with my leg/ankle and gave specific instructions for what I needed to do to facilitate healing in terms of medicine, stretches and training to get me back on the road. Very clear, very straight-forward. I got exactly the type of information at both visits that I was looking for. I would recommend him.
