🚨 Please do NOT order from this company 🚨 They took a month to ship a package. Provided false order confirmation and no tracking... Customer service is near impossible to reach. Could not reach them through website and not able to get an answer through phone. Once you do reach them they will make it as hard as possible to get your situation resolved.
2ed time trt to order and never got what i wanted so better off goong somewhere else now days, use to be good place and always had what i ordered but now days no just go somewhere else
looks like the same problem everyone else had. I ordered pegs and brakes... BRAKES on April 30th it's June 9th and I haven't heard anything or received anything. I will begin my morning by calling for a refund tomorrow.
I do not recommend this company because they cannot give you a confirmation number the day they ship out something wonder why must have not shipped it out yet huh just talked to Christian from customer service and she seem to not be able to give me any answers sounds like a scam to me
Found out they were waiting on tires and valve caps to arrive in stock, so that's why they held the rest of the order hostage. I finally bugged them enough to send the parts they DID have (that I paid for in April), after a month.... Now they won't answer me back on the status of the rest of the parts. That I paid for in April.
First off this company is the slowest place I’ve ever dealt with!! I’ve waited for my parts for over a week and a half and I paid for 2 day shipping. I called to figure out where my parts are and they didn’t even have them in stock even tho the website stated the were! I will never order anything for this trash place again. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

me and my buddy both ordered bike parts from danscomp he ordered Subrosa tires he hasn't gotten it's been 4 months I ordered a suppressor frame that took about three months we called them they said it will be shipped as soon as it gets in stock but when we ordered it showed it in stock this company is a joke will never use them again suck my fat hairy balls danscomp I'll probably go through Source BMX or Ables
By far one of the worst experiences I have had. Placed an order on 18 Apr, product was in stock and ready to ship. It said arrival 2-5 days, it is now May 10th and still have yet to receive my items. I cannot get an answer on where they are or provided with any solution. Last time ordering from this company.
