Where is O.G. Dan? I've never encountered a 2+ month wait for online order. I bet Dan would respond to Customer Service emails. Dan would probably recommend listing items as "out of stock" to avoid a 2 month wait and irritated customers. Ya need some "1986 Dan" put back into your business management.
we ordered over $150 worth of parts for my son mid June. received an email stating they were backorderd 3 weeks. have not received any further communication on where these parts are and the money 2as taken out of the account 2 days after the order was placed. I've messaged every day for days and no response.

I ordered a bike from Dan's Comp for my son's birthday on June 3, 2019. It showed at my bank and receipt that the payment went through and the order was placed. I called 3 weeks later to check and confirm the order and to see if it had been shipped since I had not yet received any tracking information. I was told at that time that the bike was still being "made" and that it takes time since it was a newer model and that it would ship soon.
