I used to order from this site all the time, It has gone downhill very badly. no updates when something will be in stock, not updated when it has shipped, no order updates at all. had to call customer service twice now to find out what was going on. i also have a second pending charge in my bank after the money was already taken. Honestly I will not be buying from here again if this is the way they are treating people now.

If it's Paypal which it appears to be, they authorized your purchase and we do not collect funds until it is ready to ship. If after 3 days we've not charged you, the auth expires and we are required to get a new authorization. Paypal should remove the initial authorization. We only charged you 1 time. What many do not understand when using paypal is your relationship with the purchase is with Paypal. Costumer service is awful. I was literally hung up on today. Order canceled and I’ll buy my parts at SourceBMX from now on.

Used to like Danscomp, but not anymore due to not receiving my package I ordered after it says it's shipped. Should of looked on here to see people having the same issues. I even emailed them about this and still no answer back. Hope Danscomp can fix this and get my order here or at least refund my money. I mean, it's the least they could do at this point....

Very disappointed bad customer service lie about shipments slow responds. On hold forever. They simply don’t care about you. Went with another bmx site to order cancelled parts at (Dans) had the complete opposite night and day.

RecommendedNever had a problem with dan’s comp I got my First BMX bike from here about 15 Years ago and ordered a lot of parts never had a problem Their monthly catalogs are used to get one like every three months I do not know why but that suck
I would never recommend anyone spend any time or money at any business that willfully employs bigots who harass marginalized people for fun, in their spare time, at 3am on social media like some kind of deranged lunatic.
I will never order from this company again the secret bmx shop will get my money from now on
