Worst place to order parts. My sons birthday is this Friday. Having a party at an indoor BMX park. Now my soon will be the only kid there with out his bike. What a way to ruin a child's birthday. We ordered these parts for the third time. Its been over a month dealing worh this people. Have been promised a whole bunch of b******* to come to find out they lost the package or what ever their EXCUSES are. I have been ordering a ton of stuff as of late, they have been real easy to work with and any questions have been answered quickly.
I bought 2 brand new demolition tires they were messed up when i got them the treads were showing you could even see the white rope.. I didn't even have the tires for a month and they both ripped on me i don't know if I'm going to purchase anything ever again and plus i had to wait almost a whole month to get my tires .� They didnt even want to give me a refund or different tires before i had put them on my bmx .

Julian, I do not have any of your order information to know which tire you are talking about or see any notes we may have on your order if you contacted us before you put the tires on your bike. We've not had any issues or reports like this about Demolition tires. We would have requested you send images of the tires before you had ridden on them to help with replacement and warranty of the tires. Worst company ever! Feel like they have robbed us and are scammers. Owe us $250AUD in refunds which I have on email agreed to. So far almost 8 weeks later we're still waiting!!!! Won't ever deal with them again!

Mrs. O'Neil, No one has been robbed or scammed. The order you placed on 12/7 never processed into our system from PayPal. One of the two orders placed on 12/22 was voided as you requested. Here at Dan's we do not charge any customer until their order ships. So no money was taken on that order. Your bank may have had a hold on the funds since they authorized the transaction through PayPal, but that is your bank, not dans comp that releases that hold on funds.
