Danscomp has the worts customer service ive ever dealt with.I have a couple questions about my order.So i tried Emailing customer service and i have not gotten anything back.Tried calling 4 times all times i wait 5-10 mins for someone to pickup just for that person to pick up the phone and hang up.

Problems with order. No luck with customer service via email and toll free number does not work when calling from nz!

Steve sorry to hear you had a bad experience trying to contact us. We recently changed our customer service and sales hours. We are open from 10 AM to 5 PM, Central Standard Time (same as Chicago). Our Customer Service email is customerservice@danscomp.com as well. It looks like we received an email from you at around 5:03 PM CST on 10/17/17 yesterday and we are working on it this morning to resolve your issue. We do our best to work within the times of our international customers the best we can.

I ordered brakes and everything they had was on back order and they have a very small inventory. The brake cable they had was an ugly red but I ordered it anyway because I needed one for the brake I ordered. It was not in stock and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks (Oct 5th) it is a week after that and I still don't have it. When I called the lady did not care and told me that the vendor they use doesn't have it. And it will be in stock in a month or 2. But in that time it will be cold and snowing.
