We provide shipping and availability information across all three. At times there are inventory mistakes, we drop the ball on getting the item turned around or issues with shipping or payment that delays an order. I haven’t had any trouble with my billing, items, shipping, or customer service dealing with Dans. I would say these one star horror stories are isolated incidents or all out bogus. I called the day my items were being picked to ship and asked to add a few items, and the rep went out of his way by tracking down my order and adding them in with it so I could use my free shipping promo code with it all. I hope to one day start my own bike shop here in Louisville, and if it’s half as good as Dan’s Comp I know it’ll be successfu... read more
