My son placed an order a month ago for over $800 and still has not received it. Today we called to follow up (1st time) and Christina tells me calling over and over and over again will not change the fact that they can not give an eta on shipping...even though he has already paid for it. When I asked for a manager, her answer was it was her and she refused to put me in touch with her manager stating she doesn't have one. Been waiting almost a month for items and have yet to receive anything.
Waited 3 weeks and my order never shipped, got tired of waiting so I cancelled it. I wouldn't mind the wait though if the customer service wasn't a joke. I called and they said it would be shipped in 2-5 days, but that was a week and a half ago. A few days ago I emailed customer service about my order and never heard anything back.
the shipping process is horrible. I'm greatly disappointed. I've been a customer for almost ten years. I ordered parts last month on the 15th. after contacting customer service my products were supposed to arrive this morning and I checked my tracking number and ups says Wednesday. that's insane. I ordered stuff two Saturdays ago and was told it was going to ship out last Friday and it didn’t ship out last Friday and now it’s gonna be another week before I get anything. Very disappointed. Will order from local bike shop or eBay from now on. They also sent my packages as two different orders and third would be shipped out from somewhere else they did not tell me where. After 3 weeks of waiting for the parts I ordered (none listed as out of stock) with 2-5 day shipping and 3 calls to customer service which all gave me different answers as to when my order would actually ship I finally cancelled my order. The only thing worse than not getting my product was being lied to by multiple customer service representatives.
RecommendedIf parts are in stock super fast shipping great customer service there’s a reason there still killing it in the bike game thanks dans comp!
they should actually ship items in a timely manner.
