cant get a hold of no one. call center is always closed , no return emails or calls placed order a week ago now setting dormant and on hold, dont know why they wont ship after they charged my card. ordered bars and wanted to change my order to a different set, now I gotta order new bars elsewhere. never again will I order from danscomp
Ordered something over a week ago and never got a confirmation email or any kind of information on my order. Only thing i have is my bank statement saying they took my money. The customer service line isnt very helpful given that its not available past 3-4pm which is a bit of an issue if you work later then 4. They charge for shipping but they wont tell you when youre packages will ship or give you any information about said packages. At this point im looking at taking a loss. Placed an order a few days ago and never got a confirmation. Charged my credit card but won’t respond to any emails for two days now. Plus you can’t call them anymore. Great customer service.

ordered wheels 3 months ago and still haven't received them, I've called about them twice and each time I was told they would be on the next truck "at the end of the week". now nobody's answering the phones there and the website is down. if you need parts go to the source, they'll actually send you what you payed for
