ordered product, never recieved product, asked for a refund, they said it would be posted 10 days after. its been almost 2 months since then. terrible buisness. pretty scammy
They took my money never shipped my order, no response from them
I ordered a gear in July and have not received it. I have tried to contact them to cancel my order my email, by phone, and on their website. Dan's Comp has not bothered to contact me back. so now I am out $50 and a gear and no way to get my money back. very angry with them.
I have been eating over a month for my order while my order still says hold compleat. Have sent them multiple emails with no response. Will never do business with them again
Do not recommend!! My husband ordered several parts which he did not receive. We asked for a refund, were told we would receive it, and they are now telling us to dispute the charges with our bank! Sounds like some shady business practices are going on with this company...
Ive ordered dans comp since i was 13, im 31 now. i ordered a bike 3 weeks ago, i recieved an order confirmation the day of. A week later after trying to get in touch with them they respond " we will ship next week when it comes in" last week. still can get in touch with customer service. the phone number will tell you to go online and the showroom only rings. 3 weeks now, I'm still 379 dollars out with no product
I would say that their customer service is terrible but since I have never experienced it because they will not return my e-mails I can’t be sure. 💩
Still waiting after ordering bars over a month and half ago stopped getting updates from customer service, last email from you guys told me “should be shipping soon” on August 8th and I still haven’t got my item or even an email with what’s going on, terrible service
They have no integrity they have told me to dispute the charge on my card, after they charged it, got their money and never sent me any merchandise. They are a scam, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES.
