Dan’s Comp is a quality company, between bikes, parts, and phenomenal customer service- they always compensate to make sure their customers are well taken care of. Every since 10 years old I’ve been a strong customer- 11 years later I’m still religiously coming back!
I am still waiting for my sons bday gift from over a month ago... his birthday has come n gone and I was supposed to order a second one on March 6th for my other boy.. hasn't happened thanks alot for my son thinking I'm a liar he was 10 n turned 11... do I get compensated...
terrible customer service to start. poor communication if any at all. I've been waiting a month and a half for a half link and bars. received an email saying they would be shipped the 5th. here it is 3 days later and STILL nothing. everything else I ordered was here within a week. If you're going to use these guys, I'd save your money and go to a local shop.
Said my items would ship in 4-7 days, had to wait a month and a half till they shipped.
terribke service ordered parts in january, didnt hear anything till i called in feb, was told a load of lies then in march i call to see whats going on and still, nothing got a refund thanks for wasting my time you dick heads

I ordered a bike for my boyfriend on February 28th. I also ordered a tool kit as well. The tool kit came. But I have yet to get any tracking information sent to my email. I had my boyfriend call about a week ago, and was told that they’d send tracking information. The 400+ dollars is already taken out of my account and all I have is a $20 tool kit. With no information on where the bike is or when it’s going to get here. I have sent 2 emails with the order number, asking where it is. And it has been a week, with still no resp... read more
