I ordered a seat that my son had his his heart set on. I ordered it they took the money out of my bank account and then like five days later they told me that they couldn’t get that part and mice other stuff hasn’t been shipped yet. I know it’s Christmas but come on you guys of been in business for years. It’s taken me days to get my refund back and I’m trying to get my son a seat for Christmas. Not happy and I will be taking my business elsewhere

Placed an order last week and I had a question about some additional items, I called today and the first call I was on hold 40 minutes, the recording kept saying “sorry for your wait” then another recording would come on and say “there are NO callers ahead of you” FOR 40 freaking minutes!! So I called back multiple times using different extensions and I got THE SAME 💩 1 hour wasted on the phone with no answers! Tiffany, as mentioned today on the phone there was 4 follow up calls to reach you about your order. No emails sent, which is our fault, but we did make 4 attempts to contact you. Sorry for the time spend on hold. Whether it was only 1 on the phones at the time or not, someone should have picked up your call. In your order there are notes from your original call referencing your lengthy wait time. As well as not putting the order on hold. I placed my order on 11/18. When placing my order I was able to see that items were backordered and that the order was being held until complete. At one point I worried a little bit because the order had disappeared on the website and I was no longer able to see it. That happened on a Saturday so I’m guessing there was some sort of glitch with updating the status because on Monday the order reappeared and showed a pick ticket was printed and the order was ready to ship. absolutely horrible. my subrosa came with the free coaster broken right out of the box and both wheels needed to be trued bad. horrible customer service as well.

Mike, Dan's Comp does not manufacturer the bike you bought. Brand and manufacturing issues are just that. I'm not sure how we are at fault there. But we do take care of our customers and the product we sell. If not already, please contact us about your bike and we will get it taken care of.

I just ordered from you guys for the first time the site was down so i had to call my order in and the woman i spoke with was great i also called back a little bit later to ask a question and the next woman I spoke with was very helpful great product and top notch customer service thank you

They always have a great selection, the shipping is fast. And even when I had to return or exchange stuff they have always been helpful
