customer service is non-existent
placed an order August 12th and got no tracking numbers and am unable to login to my account. Have emailed twice and got nothing. call center is closed. getting agitated. parts were listed as in stock and they were more than quick to take my money. im evidently going to have to go through my bank to get my money back
They dropped an item from my order without notifying me and never uploaded the order number to their database for tracking. I found out my item was missing once it arrived. They're forcing me to either pay again for shipping and handling to reorder the missing item. How do I know, next time I order something, that I'll get everything I requested? It's a crapshoot; I wouldn't trust making another order with them.
DO NOT order from Dan's Comp. They will glady take your money then 100% ignore you and your order. Hey Dan's, PLEASE email your customers that place orders. Do NOT take our money and never respond. AND turn on your phone, it is total BS that you knowing turn off your phone when so many people are waiting on their orders. Return our money and man up you're most likely going out of business.
They can SMD word to I spent $100 on they website and got the confirmation email and I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now, they dumb trash stole my money now I can’t even ride my bike I gotta use my money again to buy the part I need NEVER AGAIN
Ordered parts the 6th for two children who saved up!! confimation of purchase, card charged..have not received, can not track, no response to emails and phone number no longer in service. DO NOT use this company!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM DANS COMP. This company is going downhill quick, nothing like it used to be, we ordered a $300 bike for our sons birthday, they took payment immediately, sent a confirmation email on the order and that was it. Never shipped the bike, never responded to any emails I sent trying to figure out when the bike would arrive, their customer service # is no longer a working number. well I put in order in on 4/13/19 and have yet to receive any email of shipment confirmation I've tried to call multiple times and email never get a answer so I came to conclusion I have gotten screwed out of my money.
my son ordered parts almost 2 wks ago his name is Zack Emerson he has called emailed several times you have. his money but won't respond I find this highly suspicious you can't call someone we have been buying parts for yrs and spent thousands of dollars to your company never had this issue always could call you ND take care of your customers like u used to
