It’s taken me 3 weeks to get 3 small simple parts that they have in stock. There is no existing phone number to talk to a live person. Not even a phone number to talk to a robot. They email you back days after you tell them about the issues you’re having with their “business”. This place is a complete joke and waste of time. I will NEVER order from them again. Sad to say, I've used Dans since I started riding bmx and have never had an issue until my recent order. I have been waiting 4 months and have tried to contact them to no avail. I now have to dispute my payment to get my money back. Long time customer lost, I won't be doing business here again.
Ordered handlebars on 27Aug, I paid of course, recieved no confirmation email and have tried contacting them via email (since they no longer do business via phone) multiple times since with no response. Not sure what the issue is, but if anyone has found any resolve, please let me know! thanks.
I think someone is going out of business, and they're fattening there pockets right before they do. Where are my forks? I've been waiting (3) months on something you said would take (3) weeks and now will NOT respond to any of my E-mails. Thanks Dan's Comp, for stealing money from my son's pocket. They are theives.
Ordered some parts for my son a month ago, I have never received an confirmation email, I have called and sent emails and no response . Idk wtf is going on with this company but they should shut down there website if they are not going to take the time to serve a loyal customer since the 90’s.
I ordered $156.90 of parts from them, and they informed me that they were out of stock, and would be shipped on the 12th. I talked to the sole distributor of the rims, and they told me that the rims have and had been in stock. Now my bike project is delayed.
June 7th I ordered a pair of grips and bar ends. Simple right? Apparently they’re warehouse was completely out and waiting on a shipment. It is now September 10th, summer is pretty much over and haven’t even gotten a response in a couple weeks now. Call center is just closed which is the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard. So... I’m sure eventually I will get the stuff, or my money back. But terrible customer service and very disappointed.
This company will steal from you. I placed an order with them over a month ago, was charged the money, was told to await a shipping confirmation, which I never received, and have been left in the dark ever since. I’ve received no response after numerous emails. This company is a scam and the owners are thieves. Give your money to Empire, Albe’s or any of the other worthwhile mail order companies out there that will appreciate your business and not steal from you.
I put in an order in August and got an order conformation email have received nothing. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times, the money was already taken out of my account to pay for what we ordered and haven't gotten. How do I get a hold of someone to get what I ordered or my money back?
