AWFUL customer service, sketchy, dishonest, always given the runaround, and piece of shit vehicles. If you're looking to be manipulated and ripped off this is the place for you.
Worst experience ever. Waisted time. Website miss leading. Stay away. Dale JR needs to take his name off because it reflects on him. The complaints should show how bad the service is and do something about it. Will never recommend and will never go back.
I really hate coming here for an oil change. It's free but I would much rather just go to super lube. Took 15 mins sitting in my car to even be helped now 2 hours later I'm still sitting here.. Waiting...
Well let me tell you like it is. Financially starting over. Reestablished credit by paying car payment on time, or ahead of time, paid out old debts. This increased my credit scores. Purchasing my first car from Dale Jr. and paying on time boost my credit score up. Executing and sticking to my budget has helped me to accomplish old and new goals. Just purchased my second car from them. Thank you for my ride Dale, Jr.
I've been here 5 times. Worst customer service ever! I've waited 3 hours for an oil change when I have an appointment. I found it interesting listening to all the people complaining in the waiting room. I won't buy another car from them again or use their service department.
5 Stars!!!!! Daniel and Barbie sold me a C6 Corvette! I walked in only wanted a C5 and smooth talked me into a C6 (Great choice) This car was used and has a small issue, however I took it back the next day and they were QUICK to fix the issue. The service mgr Rod is very knowledgeable. I regret going anywhere else for my car purchases. Thanks everyone at Dale Jr Chevy Tallahassee!!!!!
Unbelievably great experience. Worked with Will and he got me a deal that was exactly what my minimal budget could afford. They took care of getting the tag transfered and all those things in house. Made it an amazing and painless first car buying experience!
This has to be the worst dealership ever. They lack customer service, communication, and lack of knowledge about products and/or inventory. The representative called while I was at work to see if I would be interested in trading my vehicle for a new/ used vehicle. I agreed just to see if it was possible.
