Worst dealership I've ever been to. Had a friend buy a truck that they promised a WE OWE on. Numerous calls avoided and numerous voicemails ignored. Once we got to the dealership after purchase it was like we didn't exist. Took them 4 hours to "find" a loaner car for is to drive back to Georgia in. After 3 trips they still made us wait after we set an appointment up with the salesman to come back and still took 4 hours. The front desk staff was rude and not welcoming. When we bought our car from here Allen swindle was great but after that it went to trash cause service sucks and they told us if we referred people to buy vehicles that u get a bird dog fee 100 for every person u send we sent two they both bought cars and it was about 5 months ago and we went and filled out the papers to get it and yes u pay taxes on the bird dog fee and it's not the money but it's the lies u get told and me and my family will not ever do any more business with Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet
I bought a spark 3rd recall they called 3 times wanting me to come trade it in I go up there then they say oh you are way upside down on your car never been late on a payment paid 16000 for the car still owe 14,000 but they say it's worth 4500 and I bought it with 7 miles on it don't shop with them I would rather have a golf cart to drive
We have always had wonderful things to say about the sales people after buying our Tahoe and now when we needed their help we have had nothing but the WORST customer service from the SERVICE department. No communication. And took 10 days to get our Tahoe back. Now that we need to buy a new car we will be taking our business some where else. It's unfortunate how one persons attitude can ruin it for the whole business.
