I was looking at new vehicles and stopped by Earnhardt Chevy. I was approached by a salesman named Kevin. He said he hadn't been there very long but he sure knew his stuff. He was able to show me vehicles based on my specifications (mileage and storage). I didn't make a purchase that day (and wasn't pressured to) but if I do, I'll definitely go back and look for Kevin.
They tell lies and then point fingers at the customer after buying a brand new car and somehow they deliver it to you with a cracked window and broken regulator. 2017 with 24 miles on it. You go to clean it up and it has a cracked window from when I saw it at 2:00. Now they don't want to fix it and had to back track on all their lies. Then came out as we sat in service and told me my vehicle was ready, went to service and they said no ma'am it's not. It's going to be another couple hours! #BLOWED
From day 1 in March to today this has been the best experience with dealership ever! I drive 2.5 hours to come here. Sales and service have been beyond belief. Always there to assist and go above and. Eying to help me. The night I bought the car they stayed with me to get all paperwork done and Clayton stayed until very late to be sure my phone synced etc. no problems with loaners during service and always letting me know what's happening. Thank you team y'all are awesome!!!
Unethical business practices doesn't even begin to describe it. Read the fine print or your down payment will become a "gift" to the dealership. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU
Worst experience ever!!!! Still waiting on someone to call me?!?!?' They broke my windshield while it was there being worked on. 1 day turned into 6 days! And the list goes on and on!! Do NOT TRUST THEM!! They take your $ then. Nothing!!!! I have called for the last 2 weeks with no response!!!! �������� I will tell everyone!!
Service here is awful.....Collision center had my car for months and cant get it right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use the collision center Still waiting on call back from the GM Tracy.............................
