Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet, is everything I hate in a car dealership. It’s a High volume, Big City, High pressure, misrepresentative sales associates, Car Dealership. Lord help you, if you come in wanting to see a vehicle they don’t have and try to leave. It reminded me of the joke about the women who went to K-Mart to buy tampons, she came home with a new $1,200.00 riding lawn mower. Her husband says, “What the Hell?” she says “Well honey, the salesman said well since we can’t (you know….) I might as well cut the grass.
This service department is horrible every time I come here it is a two hour wait for an oil change with an appointment?!?!??
Service is Slow. Always Half a day or longer to have oil change/tire rotation done even wth appointment. Tell u things need fixing/replaced go get other opinions and they don't need it.
I came home today with my (new to me) 2013 Chevy Cruze from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet! I had an awesome experience I just wanted to share it with the world! Alan Swindle could not have been anymore attentive to my needs and wants. He listened to my concerns and worked to overcome them. I would strongly recommend this team to any one of my friends or family! Thank you Alan! I really appreciate you making my dream a reality.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service was a complete joke. I was told it would be a MINIMUM of three hours for an oil change. I have also continuously received unwanted phone calls with offers to buy my vehicle. I would never ever do business with them! I drive to Panama City to have anything with my vehicle done to the GMC dealership there. Not usually the commenting type, but continued poor customer service has brought me to it. They've held my car hostage in the service department all day and will not return my calls for an update on its status. Every time I bring it here, it's the same story, I leave disappointed. Flag my account Dale, not sure I'll be back next go around.
I want to thank the team at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet for making buying a car a great experience! Everyone was very kind, and attentive. We left feeling great about our purchase. Sean was an amazing, patient salesman. We will be back for sure!
