Traded a caddy for a new malibu after a month was told fundding failed had to return car lost my caddy cause they paid it off and they took my 2000 cash down to help pay it off. All together lost 16000 dollars with them. Was a repeat customer but will never buy ftom them again.

I have a Camaro that I bought from Champion Chevrolet before it became Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet. I had a Goodwrench Chevrolet lifetime warranty on my AC compressor that they refused to honor. They did not tell me this when I took my car in, only after they charged me to diagnosed the problem. The diagnosis took all day and the service department basically treated me like they wished I wasn't there. I would not consider buying a car there as I would be afraid they would not even honor the GM new car warranty. Greedy rat b... read more

GREAT customer service!! I had a 15 passenger school bus that decided to shut down just as it was pulling into FSU campus for a girls volleyball camp. I called this dealership asking to speak to service. I was very fortunate, blessed and happy that I got Rashad as my service rep. Being in Atlanta and having the coach and her team in Tallahassee made my stress level soar. Rashad did a great job in working with me to ensure that the bus would be repaired before the departure date and time. He even had a "Director" take the bus... read more

If there was an option for zero stars, that would have been my selection. Running a credit check, and appraising my trade before they would even show me any car on the lot? I'm not saying it's based on appearance, but I guarantee 24 year olds with visible tattoos aren't a large part of their customer base. Is my hard earned money not as good as anyone else's? Is your commission so blinding that you can't look past the fact that I don't wear a suit and tie to work? You will never get my business and not the business of anyone... read more

Not good at all they put me in a mess have a car that 26000 owe and the value or trade in is only 18000 to 19000 so can't get out of it because of that

Bought my truck from them on Jan 15, and I'm still waiting for the paperwork and the tag info. My 1st truck payment is due in 14 days and still don't have any info on where to send my payment. Have tried calling and always get promised they will call me back, which never does. I'm actually sitting in the lobby now waiting for answers and have been here for 2 damn hours. Still waiting. But, they have plenty of people working here bc all they can do is walk around joking around.

took our 06 trailblazer back for a recall,that they sent us to come have fixed,after about 2 hours it was done o k a little longer than what we though but o k ask if they could check why the engine light would come on for a day or 2 then go off for awhile, i know most auto parts stores do it free but not here the guy behind the counter said they would check it for $95,i thought he was joking, but he wasn't ....that was about 2 years ago hope the service center has got more real.
