Terrible service department. Made an appointment for a simple oil change at 1230 and it is nearly 200 and my vehicle is still not ready. What's the point in making an appointment if it will take so long? Will not bother with using my other free oil changes and simply spend 40 bucks on my own oil and do it myself in 10mins.

The best experience I've ever had with a dealership...those of you that are locals and had bad experience should move to south Florida where you get no service.....these people especially Theresa went above and beyond to get us back on the road asap....they were so awesome I would recommend them to everyone.....thanks so much for caring so much💙

Service department really sucks bald head standard warranty warranty runs out this December I was in there yesterday for a Service oil change and Lube job they said they had a recall on the ignition and the left side window with not work they had the parts in hand they had to get the warranty approve for it got there at 9:30 left there at 6 o'clock all day

I've been going here for years. Fast, friendly, and efficient. I'd never go anywhere else for a repair. All of my cars over the years have been serviced here and they always give me great service and are honest hard workers.

Had oil changed a few months ago. When I had my car checked 2 weeks ago, the techs showed me the bolt holding the oil pan in was completely stripped & advised me to contact the dealership to have it fixed. When I talked to a guy in the service dept, he kept trying to tell me the techs stripped the bolt & told me differently. However, I was sitting outside a the techs lifted the car. The service department is disorganized. The issue must start from the top because it has been this way for well over 7 years. Work is seldom done correctly the first time. You will pay significantly more for the same work performed by other certified mechanics. The only time they are interested in helping you is in the sales phase. I have had three bad service experiences there on three separate cars. I have given them ample time to get it together. I'm a bit confused by all the bad reviews on here. Everytime I bring a vehicle in I receive excellent reasonably priced service. Everyone is very nice and turn around time is always as promised or faster. They've handled multiple problems for me over the years and I've always been satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have leased/purchased 3 Chevrolet s from them and 2 out of 3 have been a paperwork cluster ****. They have screwed up paperwork something terrible. On the last car they did not forward my insurance company information as they indicated leaving me virtually uninsured for over a month. I would have never known except the state of Florida sent me a letter of revocation . I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone. All they want is your money and to blow through the paperwork. Be aware.
