This place is a joke. I had bearings An seals put in my rearend An less than 3 months later my rearend exploded due to mechanical failure An they refused to fix there screw up. It cost me 2500 for a complete new rearend now they offered to get me a rearend (used) for 1800 3 months later the mechanic that caused my rearend to exploded messed up a Chevy rearend An he was fired. The gm An the service manager are piles of shit this dealership is a joke

Can’t start to explain how knowingly misleading, dishonest, this experience was from so called management at dale earhardt Chevrolet. After the unknowledgeable experiences over the last three months from management I am concerned about sharing my personal info and mostly social security number with folks that don’t have cares about there customers even after you tell them that you are going to have to take off a half a day from work to get to there business to get lied to one more time. Worst car buying experience ever would not recommend this place to anyone! While my salesman was very nice and helpful but when it comes to the management of this place it’s totally unprofessional bought a vehicle a month ago haven’t even put 1000 miles on it or made the first payment and the ac compressor went out they will not do the right thing and fix the vehicle after many unsuccessful and unprofessional conversations with management so I’ve decided to just fix the car myself but if you need a vehicle do not go to this ... read more

You all definitely do not want me to say why I am disappointed with my experience yesterday.
Would love to give a negative star after the service experience I had today. I always liked this dealership, including back when it was Champion Chevrolet and I bought my 2011 Cruze. The service department was always very professional and knowledgeable, and with several recalls on my Cruze, I was there at least twice a year. Unfortunately, since becoming part of the Hendrick Auto Group their service has gone downhill fast, and they will do/say anything to try and make a buck. My advice - go somewhere else.
