This dealership will waste your time and your money! If there were a thumbs down I would give it such! I've wasted 4 hours of driving and a full days work looking with them to find a deal and left with nothing. And when they finally had something in my range and made an appointment with me, and when I finally got there they raised it by $1,000 wasting yet again another day and more money.

Be careful of there financial department. I went in with all my financing in order and just needed a purchase order sent over to my bank so my banker could work the numbers up. after telling them this several times my credit was still shopped all over Tallahassee and ran 10 or more times. after several attempts to contact someone and get the issue resolved I was passed around the dealership talking to multiple people and in the end blown off and nothing was ever done to make the situation right.

Worst experience of my life. I went in ONE time to look at cars, didn’t even get to look, they just wasted my time for an hour. I said I would come back when I was ready and they have proceeded to call me 3-5 times a week for the past three months asking when I’m coming back. Terrible salesmanship. Do not recommend.

basically every one star review on here sums up our experience. not only did we go through the joke that they calling "selling", after we purchased a vehicle from them 2 weeks later we received a call that we had to sign new paperwork because the bank wouldn't approve the terms THEY agreed to and put on the contract. My 71 year old grandfather was taken advantage of by this company and it's staff it's absolutely disgusting that they would mislead someone about information on a contact and then have opposite information in the documents. The service here is absolutely foul and horrible. I was shown a Malibu at a certain price point. After being in the dealership for 4 hour negotiation with Sean Sullivan. I was told that that wasn’t the correct price and I would need to pay more. A sales person by the name of Barbie, tried to assist but wasn’t successful. Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet is a complete joke!!! From Rob (service manager) to Tracy Thacker (GM) even General Motors themselves! Don’t waste your time or money... Spend $60,000 on a vehicle less than a year old, have an issue and no one wants to resolve it. Never will I purchase another vehicle from them or any General Motor dealer!
