This was the worst experience I have ever had car shopping. Called them before I made the 65 mile trip about 2 cars they had listed and was told to come drive them. I got there and they never had these cars on the lot so they bring other cars to show us. Never once did we get to see a car in our price range for a 16 yold girl. Never got to speak to a manager. And do not recommend these ppl. Thanks to Tallahassee ford for seeing our needs and putting her in a great car

Will never go back to the dealer again! Service department does anything but service especially to customer. Service adviser nick Elkins is worthless. horrible to have a worker with such horrible customer service skills. Run from this dealer drive the extra mile to not deal with them

I had the worst car buying experience ever at this dealership !!!! It was my first time attempting to finance a car and when I got there I met with one guy Aaron that brought me something way above my limit (which I stated before I even allowed them to run my credit). Then, he texts and calls me for two days claiming to have an array of other vehicles for me to choose from; I schedule an appointment with him for today and I wait for over 20 minutes to be greeted by someone completely different who claimed to only work in the... read more
