They are the worst. Car was filthy and in worse condition then it was when we dropped it off for repairs. Customer service was the worst and they are discriminatory against certain customers. Don’t do business

I so called purchased a 2018 High Country that I sat 6 hrs for and now three weeks later,after non returned phone calls the Harassment begins with them sharing my business to someone other than myself . They have been told numerous times that was not my number . I’m out of state and they are calling my friends number . If you need help getting a used or new car go to Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet in Tallahassee on Tennessee St, they are family oriented. They go above and beyond to put you in a vehicle. The staff was Wonderful, very kind and very very warm, they came up shake your hand and introduces themselves with the most kind hearts. And would always check to see if they could get you anything. Dale Earnhardt Jr are very very Beautiful Staff. I would most definitely would recommend this Dealership
