If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband and I both purchased computers from cyber power and here we are almost 3 months later, his computer is overheating and mine has been at cyberpower for almost 8 weeks for a replacement hard drive to be installed and little to no communication from them. Every time we call we get hung up on or can't get through. Every time we send an email it takes days to over a week or longer to get a response. STAY AWAY from cyber power

I attempted to order a laptop for my son for school from this horrible company after a family member in our house recently purchased a PC from them and I was quite pleased with the build and price . I used my credit card because it is secure for me to do so in the event there is an issue with the order or fraud that may occur. This occurred on 8/1/20. So I asked a buddy for a computer place that I could build a custom computer at. I went online with my buddy and spent 2 hours building a $2000.00 computer. That was on this past Saturday. Yesterday I got an email that my order was on hold because my billing address of my credit card didn't match where I wanted to send my system to. They told me that they couldn't do that. I ordered a computer from them and will never do so again. After i placed my order they took money out of my account a week after and put my expected ship date 4 weeks after that. I check their website every few days and see that they finally sent the order to the warehouse to pick the parts for the machine but after there are no updates until 4 days before the machine is supposed to be shipped out. Worst company to deal with. Purchased a desktop computer from this company as a birthday gift for my husband. According to their website, the computer had been quality checked on 6/15/2020. The computer arrived broken and with windows 10 not loaded properly, those are things that I think would have been seen if they had in fact QC the tower prior to shipping. We bought an 1800 laptop from the site. From the first use, we've had issues. The network card constantly resets itself every few minutes and we get BSOD system thread exceptions that crash the OS before we can do anything meaningful with the machine. It's now on its third trip back to CyberPowerPC support. The network card has been replaced and that had no effect on the issues. Now the company says there is "nothing wrong with the machine". I bought a $2200.00 computer from Cyberpowerpc after not even 2 months. The computer overheated. I sent the computer back to be fixed. When I got the computer back the front panel was broken and taped like it happened at Cyberpowerpc. The outer box was in perfect condition and the inside packing was also in perfect condition. I contacted Cyberpowerpc about what happened and they wanted to fix it. Fraud. Scam. Terrible company. This company needs to be investigated. Here's why. I bought my PC in November of last year. From day 1 it took a very long time to boot up but me being me, I just wanted to start gaming and working on the PC. I didn't return it to Best Buy within the month take back period. The computers boot up time was 8-10 minutes on average. Finally In early March I hit a breaking point due to an update on windows. The computer wouldn't come out of the reboot update. I purchased a new computer on February 28th 2020. Today 6/8/20 I went to add additional memory and when I took off the 4 screws that hold on the side and went to take of the glass side it disintegrated. I called Cyberpowerpc and explained what happened and they refused to replace the glass side piece. If you buy from this company make sure you buy a warranty from wherever you bought it to cover yourself because they won't stand bu their products.
