I cant even give this company a single STAR! BUT I have too. They have done nothing but provide a product with a price. Customer service is the shittiest thing I have ever seen or dealt with. I have a computer that I bought brand new that had issues. After weeks of emailing back and form they said I could not have a refund because it was NOW over the days for a refund. I purchased my computer in January and it arrived in early February. The graphics card is completely defective, defeating the purpose of the build for me. They'll say that these issues are "unexpected" but if they had tested these computers for a moment, they would have seen this defect. When you have a trend in all of these cards, they would have seen them immediately but no, they sent them out anyway and offer no support via phone or e-mail. !!!DO NOT BUY!!!!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. I bought a cyber power pc from bestbuy. From the moment I took it out there were issues. The pc restarted and gave me blue screens with random stop codes. purchased this in September 2020, From then, to the end of January 2021 I was not able to use the PC. There were multiple geek squad visits (4-5). I paid to have windows downloaded to a usb to do a reset. There was never any fix but I kept getting it back saying it was fixed. Just build a pc yourself or order your part from another company , worst company to deal with. You will wait longer than expected with no one infroming you of change and then talking to support is horrible. One of the worst companies o have ever dealt with , it would honestly give negative stars if I could.

Garbage. I have delt with this company twice now, ordering brand new computers. Both times I was sent a computer with a faulty graphics card. This past experience, I ordered in early November 2020, the PC did not arrive till mid-January. It had a clearly faulty graphics card, even though their website says it passed * quality control check before shipping. I had to pay out of pocket to send their faulty equipment back to them. Ordered a pc December 17th with promotional deals going on at the time. Fast forward to January 19th i get a email stating my payment (Paypal) didn't go through. Which it did on January 9th. Customer service asked me to pay again with another payment. I said i can't. Paypal is my only option. They said my only other choice is to rebuild the PC again and they will rush order it. I ordered a computer pc when it got to me the front panel was dented in and cracked. The pc would not even boot up it would turn on and go black. We called the line waited for hrs and was told by a tech it was the video card. We send both items in and wait we here nothing back and my 30 days are running out. I would rate this company 0 stars if they would let me. My husband and I bought two PC's from this company several months ago and we have had nothing but problems. Round 2 of dealing with this horrible nightmare of a company.
