This has been the absolute worst buying experience I have had in my life. Paid almost $4,000 for a desktop pc and it was shipped to me Christmas Eve 2020 with half the usb ports on the back not aligned. Upon inspecting the PC the motherboard was screwed in crooked. Afterwards continuous black screens and resetting. Sent the PC in for repair. Next when I received the PC back the front usb ports were not working properly and would reset the power whenever something was unplugged from it. Sent it in again for repair and was wit... read more

I can't believe I missed this site. It seems my problem is one of many.... After waiting months for my expensive top-end computer to arrive, it arrived... not having been tested before shipping with a broken GPU. Upon trying to resolve this with the company, I'm told to pay for shipping and export fees and provide my own safe packaging material in order to ship it back before I get to pay again for them to ship me a new part. In what world do you spend thousands of dollars to get a broken product and then have to pay for the... read more

TL;DR Take your money elsewhere, Cyberpower offers a inferior product and services , especially if product is defective they are no help I'll keep it short because going through this reddit, I wish i had read these horror stories before purchasing. Bought a pre-built in April, got it sooner than expected (End of May) Lasted about 20 days, than couldn't get a picture of any kind and if I was lucky enough to make it into the Bios it would freeze in the bios. Sent it in, they replaced the CPU and GPU. Got it back, lasted about ... read more

This company has absolutely terrible customer service. I wish I checked before ordering a computer off of them. I've been waiting for a couple months now to get my issue resolved. When I try calling, I'm put on hold for 2+ hours. When I try emailing them, they literally ignore all my emails and don't bother to respond to give me reassurance. When I try to send in requests on their website, it's also ignored. When I am finally able to reach someone after waiting 2+ hours, they're no help at all. It's taking them over 2 months... read more

Took my money and won't answer my calls or emails. $5,500 later I received damaged /broken/ inoperable product and have been unable to speak with anyone after multiple emails and waiting on hold for hours on two occasions at this point. Shipping was quick and well beyond the anticipated date but the inside the tower someone had randomly tossed a piece of thin styrofoam that no one could have a reasonable expectation would support any of the hardware. I'll update this post if they respond to the email or I'm able to hold long... read more

Bought a 5000$ custom computer with water cooling. Unit arrived with missing pipe in the water cooling circuit and somehow the reservoir was still full when computer shipped. I received a machine drenched in coolant everywhere, all parts, box and everything. Returned everything but company would not pay for said return. Zero follow up on dozens of emails for well over 2 months now. I have no computer, no refund was offered, no effort whatsoever was made to reach out, send any kind of update....ZERO. Oh but they do want to ke... read more

Just to be clear this is not worth a single star i just have to pick a star they deserve a 0 or closed for good I ordered a PC on 04/15/21 I received it on 06/23/21 a month after it was suppose to ship. When i hooked everything up and powered it on the system powers on it will not load windows and appears the graphics card is faulty i waited extra time because of the graphics card to receive a product that doesn't function as advertised. I attempted to reach out to the company for 2 hours and the only person to pick up was a... read more

CyberPower is a company where a lot of small issues pile up and start to snowball, which is just negatively exacerbated by their either horrible or non existent customer service. The wait times are understandable due to the GPU shortage and the excess order inquiries, but the rep I have is very rude, and I get very little responses to my inquires. Recently my computer arrived without my fans installed- after being on hold for over an hour I was told they would be shipped out, and now it's been complete and utter radio silenc... read more
