If I would have done my due diligence I would not have had to experience the worst customer service possible from this company. My husband is normally a calm individual, by time he was done with speaking to Willis, the head of the sales department and subsequently also the customer service feedback area he was cursing and hung up. We purchased an on sale for Halloween gaming computer and accessories and when my husband went in to check on shipping status there was a note to call Willis ASAP. Please do not business with this company for cost you over 200 dollars just for just the displeasure of doing business with this company. The graphics card dead on arrival. They bait and switch me with poor quality in house pc case. The company seems to do everything possible to make in past 30 days refund policy so you can not get a fill refund from take weeks to built a pc to weeks to months for repairs. I have purchased 2 PCs from cyber power which have worked correctly and have had no major issues. However on my most recent purchase i also got an asus router from Cyberpower as i was moving soon and would need another router. I purchased this in May and moved in September. i quickly realized there was an issue with the router and it was defective when i moved and tried to use it. I have had 6 support members that couldn't do their job. 1 chat request that took 30 minutes and they stopped talking. This is by far that WORST COMPANY I have yet to deal with. DO NOT SPEND A CENT WITH THEM. 2 units (same batch) failed. They do not respond. They are shady. The units were never replaced as you can see the below info, and pull the tracking seeing it's still "waiting to ship". STAY AWAY. THEY DON'T CARE AND ARE THEIVES! Absolutely one of the worst purchase experiences of my life. I'm an online teacher and I needed a laptop upgrade and this company offered a fair price. However, after using the laptop for about a month it began creaking horribly and developed rattling. The RMA process was a huge hassle and I can confirm the phone wait times for tech support were 30min+ every time I called. After receiving it back from RMA there were literally zero fixes applied. ********** PC ripped us off. We purchased a gaming PC in June 2019...It never worked right. We spent many hours on phone with support. Finally we sent our PC (at our own expense) while it was still under warranty to them in May 2020. They sent it back to us a couple weeks later. It would not even turn on! Since then, many emails later they refuse to refund or replace. They refuse to provide us with a supervisor. That is a $950 fraud. How are they still in business?!?

Received my laptop and everything was fine......... for about 7 days. This is not a low quality computer I ordered. It started over heated, freezing, the nic would not connect to WiFi the whole computer had issues. Then the laptop can't charge. Can't hold a charge, and won't take a charge. So after installing over 500$ worth of work programs. The laptop won't charge. This has cause work issues to say the least. This is not the first review i have written. My laptop came with problems right out of the box. Crashes, screen freezes, automatic restarts, pixelation, you name it. After a week i said forget this after trying to fix it. I got ahold of someone to get an RMA number to return my laptop very easily. To check the status on that RMA is a whole other story.
