Months later, I'm still dealing with issues on my system. I am currently too stressed out to write everything that is wrong, but let's just say I will not be purchasing or recommending this company to anyone EVER again. The only reason why I went with them in the first place was because I couldn't get a 3070 or 5900X - that was the ONLY advantage with buying from them. What a mistake.
I ordered a PC and it arrived with a faulty stick of Corsair RAM. They will not answer my emails and their customer support phone # is a multi-hour wait that leads nowhere. This business is a fraud and never is willing to speak to customers. "5-minute average wait" when you call in and I have been on hold for 2 hours. Takes your money and will not respond when they ship faulty parts. Order# P8DCD7 - I am still on hold.
Worst company/worst product ever ! Bought a PC from them that died after 40 days. They want me to pay to ship it back and wait 30 days while they tinker with it. I explained that this was a mission critical PC and they basically told me "too bad". My local shop found a defective mother board, so I am basically on the hook for a $300 repair on a $1000 piece of junk. I would NEVER buy another product from these clowns. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have waited for my computer for almost 2 months and received ZERO communication about the shipping. I finally sent an email and said that "i am about to say **** this and just cancel my order" then received an email saying that my order has been cancelled. They messed up the shipping and gave me a bad GPU without replacement. Shipping - They messed up the shipping (bought on CyberMonday) The shipped to the wrong address. They couldn't retest and ship and gave me the run around for months. I didn't get my PC until 3-4 months later. Their warrantee - I paid for the extra warrantee. Cyberpower's policy seems to be give you the runaround till they get frustrated enough with you to help. And, they never fixed/replaced my card. This has by far this has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with a computer company. On average it takes upwords of 100 minutes on hold just to talk to somebody who is rude and disrespectful. The computer I received was dented and scraped, had multiple blue screen issues and the fans on the GPU failed within the first week. Absolutely one of the worst consumers experiences I have ever had. $2500.00 computer failed after 11 days. After waiting 4 days for a part to ship( that never shipped), waited for and hour and a half for customer service to tell me it was 7-10 days more. Computer has now spent more of its life keeping my desk from floating away that it has actually doing anything. After waiting 4 months I finally received my custom built PC from Cyberpower. The issue is, the case arrived dented and the tempered glass was shattered. I notice Cyberpower did not package the PC securely only providing packaging foam for the top and bottom of the PC. I sent the PC back to them and asked the sales rep Steve D (very rude) if they will package the PC securely by also packaging it up with side packaging foam as well. I BOUGHT A COMPUTER IN AUGUST 2020 (STILL UNDER WARRANTY), IT STARTED GOING TO BLACK SCREENS, STOPPED POSTING AND WOULD ONLY ACTUALLY START UP ABOUT ONCE EVERY 15 - 20 RESTARTS. I CALLED CYBERPOWER AND THEY DETERMINED THAT IT NEEDED TO BE SENT BACK TO THEM, THEY ISSUED AN RMA#, HOWEVER....THE COST TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM IN CA (IM IN PA) WAS JUST UNDER $400.
