The worst choice I have ever made was buying a computer from these people. Their customer support is the worst I have ever seen. It takes an hour before anybody picks up the phone. They are just the worst company to buy a computer from. They will take your money and when their products break they take a month before they do anything about it!!! WORST PC COMPANY EVER!!!

Ordered a custom built PC $3000+ from them and they modified the design without communicating design changes. When I questioned them about the changes they initially lied that changes were made, then when after I sent photos and specs, proposed sending me the parts that were modified/not provided. Those parts of course would not fit into the configuration as built so we're of no use to me. I requested a partial refund or a full return and was ignored on all accounts. Terrible, terrible customer service. Shipped their PC without Windows being activated (apparently a common issue with CyberPower) and kept me on hold for an hour before telling me they'd send me an activation key in 24 hours. Never happened, of course. Called back and waited another hour only for them to tell me to keep waiting. Today I've been on hold for another 20 minutes trying to get ahold of this product key that should've been included with the system. Truly terrible, disinterested service reps, too.

Do not buy from Cyberpower PC They sent us a faulty computer. The computer would intermittently restart itself. We tried to troubleshoot, and we sent it back for "QA Testing" We received the PC back with the same issues. Nothing had been done. They have refused to refund the shipping cost, and refuse to pay to have the faulty computer returned. I am out 200$ worth of shipping cost. I purchased a brand new gaming computer spent over $1000 and when I received it there was no Windows key to be able to activate it. I called CyberPowerPc and was told no problem the representative would send an email to have the warehouse contact me with the Windows key. I thought that was a perfectly acceptable resolution, however what ended up happening is after 8 days of going back and forward with the person in the warehouse I am being told I have to send in my computer so they can embed the Windows key into the hard dri... read more

This business feels so scam-y it's insanely frustrating. My fiance ordered a pc and it shipped within its delivery time and whatnot - which was the only good thing that's happened so far since making his purchase. It's been all downhill from here. The issue started with the pc doesn't function like at all - no signal to monitor and what does pop up are these pink dots and then they disappear. I had bought a product by this company VIA Bestbuy on Nov 20, 2020 and for any technical support I have been told to contact this manufacturer due to the bestbuy warranty being past due. I have been trying to contact this business for the past 2.5 weeks. I had sent an e-mail to this company on Feb 5, 2020, along with another e-mail the next day, and two more e-mails on Feb 17th as a follow up. Can I give a zero? I ordered this laptop on 12/15.. It wasn't delivered until weeks after the promise date and with nearly no communication from CyberPower unless I sent 525,600 emails asking for updates. Once the laptop finally arrived 2 weeks ago, SEVERAL things have been wrong with it. I have made multiple efforts to reach out to their tech support and have been left in queue for ~1hr only to finally be in position 1 and be conveniently "disconnected" and sent to the back of the queue. Absolutely the worst company to work with. They do not respond to emails until weeks later. Might as well call it a day if you call and wait on hold... "Average wait time is 14 minutes" **2 hours later** I will never work with them again.
