I bought a computer from this company about a moth ago. Costomer service is probably the worst in this planet. I received a computer that did not work. Most likely a BIOS problem. I was upset and after a while and many unanswered calls they got back to me and long story short I returned the broken computer and still had to pay them over $140. This company is bad news. How can this co. have an A+ rating?? I understand there is a matrix, but customer service should have something to do with it. Ordered a PC on 5/12/20 and was told it would be shipped 6/4/20. I looked on the website on 6/4/20 and the system had not even been started to be built. I called customer service and after 17 min. (I was told a 4 min. wait time) I am connected. I ordered a pc in April 8. The video card on the website that I chose had a link to what it looked like and it's specs. I received my pc on April 30th. Immediately I saw it was the wrong card. I called and talked to support. I gave them the p/n # of the card and was told that isn't even in their system and don't know where it came from. They agreed to return it but I would have to pay for shipping. That cost $103. They received the pc on May 5th according to UPS tracking, they never informed me. The worst customer service I ever received. Gaming PC stopped working. After replacing hard drive 5 times, still not working. 2/11/2020 called CyberPower and sent PC back to them (I paid shipping 185.00) 3/11/2020 received PC back from CyberPower , same problem, they didn't fix it. 3/11/2020 sent PC back to CyberPower (they paid postage this time). 3/27/2020 received PC back from CyberPower not fixed again still unable to use (Terry said could be hard drive will send out another). 3/31/2020 Called CyberPower because hard dri... read more

CyperPower pc has Asrock make custom versions of their Asrock motherboards. When I went to update the bios of my mother board none of the Asrock Bios would work. because Turns out my board is custom made version of the "Asrock X570 Gaming 4" the "Asrock X570 Gaming-CB" I ask CyberPower for help and they told me to contact Asrock for an updated bios, because version 1.3 is the only bios Asrock has given them. Do not go through this company. They use parts that only them can update and they wont contact the manufacter to get get the updates for there special products they wanted. I repeat do not buy from this company. Even a tech from asrock said these people a rip offs. They are very rude.

spent 1100 dollars for a gaming PC that keeps shutting off. Sent the PC to the company twice already for warranty repair and they still cant seem to fix the problem.

I ordered a computer and received it at the end of January, spent over $2000. When I got the computer, several parts were not working, and the computer kept booting into the bios which was incredibly frustrating that they didn't test the computer properly before delivery. I send the computer in after a few weeks of frustrating use, they receive the computer on February 26th. Their service policy states that it would take up to 14 business days to repair, which is a lot but what the heck I waited. Three weeks in and no update... read more

Purchased my gaming laptop last year in Hope's this company would be trustworthy. My laptop began to have problems in december so I called their company. The gentlemen on the phone said it would only take 7-14 days for them to assess my laptop and send it back to me(if the problem was approved for warranty). Here's where everything fell apart.
