Friend got screwed over by the company. Sold him a broken PC then tried to force him to pay for shipping to get it fixed instead of sending him a replacement. When he denied that, they tried to force him to pay shipping for returning it. You sell a broken item, you pay for shipping back, period. Bad business, do not buy from them.

They shipped me a defective $2300 PC "instant-ship" system that they had on the shelf. They would not send me a replacement, but only offered to take it back to repair it over the course of weeks. I asked for a return to refund and they made me pay for shipping back to them. I will never buy from this company again and will advise others to beware.

Do not waste your money or your time!! I purchased the Tracer III 15 Slim VR 500 on February 25th, 2019. I did not receive the product until March 5th, 2019. Within 2 hours of operation, the wireless connectivity failed. I moved from the couch with the laptop on my lap to the table, where I could connect to the AC Adapter and sit more comfortably, just prior to losing internet connection. I contacted support immediately. I was instructed to download new drivers that were sent via e-mail from a representative; however, the la... read more

Ordered a PC that was delivered March 2019. The PC would not start. Locked up 3 seconds after powering on. Cyberpower said return it at my expense (~$200) and they would repair it. I have worked and built many PCs before so I did my own troubleshooting and discivered that there was a hardware incompatibility issue with a capture card and the Motherboard BIOS version. Layman's terms: the computer NEVER WORKED and they shipped it to me anyway. It couldn't have. I spoke with every manufacturer support and all came to that concl... read more

Bought a High-end Gaming PC from them (invoice date 2/27/2019). Was supplied with invalid game codes. Contacted their customer service to get valid game codes. Got the following response. "Thank you for contacting CyberPowerPC. I'm sorry that you are having this issue. Please refer to the manufacturers that generate the codes for further assistance. Contact Intel support for the Call of Duty game and Nvidia for the Battlefied V game. I do apologize about that but may you have a great day" After contacting Nvidia, got the fo... read more

Terrible company. I ordered an $1100 gaming laptop and order was cancelled 7 hours later without any offer of compensation or future discount. I will not be shopping here again and want to give my experience with them to prevent future shoppers from being scammed.

Bought a pc 5 months ago. I have been able to play less than 2 weeks before it failed. The rest of the time the computer or some piece has been going to get repaired (twice at this point). Last time I sent my computer to get repaired was 2 months ago and it seems it will be at least 2 or 3 more weeks to get it back.

Let me start out by saying that I am not a gamer and am looking to buy something for my son. I am a techy person overall in operating but not skilled in the guts of a machine. So when I saw their deal of the day on Feb. 2, 2019, I called to inquire about it and ask questions so as to best come to the best option for my son. When I phoned them, the Asian man who answered asked how he could help me. (I identify him as Asian, solely from the idea that he gave me no name by which to go by and I knew he was Asian by his accent an... read more

I purchased a new CyberPower Gaming PC as a Christmas gift and from the box it has never worked. It has continuously blue screened and keeps freezing. I contacted CyberPower Tech Support and was told that they believed Windows 10 was corrupt. They provided instructions on how to reinstall and stated if that didn't work I needed to contact Tech Support again. I have been attempting to get touch with Tech Support again without success. I call and get a request to leave a voicemail. I have emailed with no response. It is very ... read more
