Purchased a new laptop from them for my son for Christmas. In addition, we purchased the software program Lojack for Laptops from Absolute Home & Office in the event it was ever stolen, it could be tracked. We were unable to install it and contacted Absolute which gave us a command to try which would show the serial number of the laptop in the operating system. I purchased a PC Dec 16, 2018 for my child as a Christmas present, worked for 1 day and died. Cyberpower has been unable to provide timely support, fix or replace the PC. A total and complete failure as far as customer service. Imagine getting a Xmas present and it does not work.

I placed an order early November intending to beat the holiday rush. I was told my system would likely ship November 26th. Then, as that day passed, over the weeks, I emailed to see what was going on to no reply. Then, I called December 4th, and was lied to that my system was shipping out "that week". Clearly they just wanted to get me off the phone and not provide any updated information. I can't do business with people who openly lie to me. And I'm appalled at their customer support. Worst customer service experience ever - quality of work is lacking. This is the second computer order from this company and both were received with issues with coolant system. Once they receive your money they are no longer interested in you or your issues.

Original review: Aug. 11, 2018 My son wanted a cool and elite gaming computer. Called and spoke to Leo. Quick to suggest and take our three thousand dollars. We paid for three day shipping! Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I bought a brand new cyberpower pc computer from Best Buy for $800. It runs terribly loud like the fan is broken or something. I can not get through a single game without it lagging out and restarting my computer. On top of all of that. Order L9VHR9 I purchased a $1500 build and didn't receive the parts advertised. I needed a card that had at least 4 video outputs, so I paid for the more expensive card. A high end, name brand card with 5 outputs was displayed. Instead of receiving anything close to what was portrayed I received a budget, low end card with only 3 video outputs. I bought a pc in cyberpowerpc the first time it took me almost a month to send it to me and it arrived and it was badly assembled it spilled the cooling liquid I returned it and they told me that in 15 diaz they returned it fixed I have been 16 I write you do not respond and do not update nothing is the worst service I have faced

Recieved new Gaming PC the next day after ordering!! Everything is working as expected except I am unable to connect via ethernet but works okay on Wifi. Other than that love it.
