Horrible customer service and tech support. Paid over $1500 for a system that was dead on arrival. Finally made contact tech support after three days, then it took them a week to send me packing slips to send the PC back. The PC arrived at CyberpowerPC on Feb 13, 2020. I get an email 9 days later saying that the PC was just now being processed and I can expect repairs to be made within 7-14 days. What the F@*#?! The tech support guy said the entire process of shipping, repairing and shipping back would take 7-14 days. Here I... read more

You guys have the absolute WORST support I have ever experienced. I have a lemon of a PC that I purchased one month ago over the holidays, replaced the video card that you guys sent me, and now after working with support from day 1 you want to charge me a restocking fee for hundreds of dollars for a product that doesn't even work and charge shipping to ship it back to you when returning the lemon PC is the only option left? Are you kidding? It's been less than 40 days since I purchased the computer from you having worked wit... read more

They were 2 weeks late delivering my $2300 PC that also charged $100 in shipping. They also never gave me the code for a game I was supposed to receive for free because of the GPU I had purchased.

I bought a computer from cyberpower they were to ship it ups and I was supposed to sign for it. Ups delivered it without a signature and it was stolen from my front door. It's been a month and ups says they made an error. Cyberpower doesn't return my calls they just dropped the ball. This is their responsibility ups will not speak to the person receiving only the shipper. I spent $2500 and all I want is my computer. K ******

Worst customer service I've ever received! All the Tech-support agents gave me contradicting information each time I called. I have been without my computer for almost a month. The product did not work and I simply wanted to refund. However, this has been like pulling teeth. I have submitted several complaints to the Better Business Bureau and will be writing several more complaints on other websites.I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone. The service has been appalling.

Had 3 PC's from these guys over the years and every time i had issues but this last time takes the cake. The first PC i bought from them had issues with the graphics card almost from day 1 and when I reached out to them I was told I need to talk to manufacturer. Long story short after Cyberpower refused to help me the manufacturer replaced my NVIDIA card with an AMD card as they no longer made that part which caused BSOD and I ended up having to buy another GPU 3 months after purchase. Original card would cause the PC to re... read more

Purchased a gaming rig on Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. We paid $1,887.00 for a 40 pound brick. It booted exactly once, it was not able to reboot or ever install windows. Because he works tech, he was convinced by tech support to try to put new parts in himself! Because guess what, EVEN IF IT NEVER WORKS - You get to PAY for shipping and insurance to send it back, but they will try to not only talk you out of it, but not be available when you do try to start the return process. We ended up with TWO MORE charges on our cre... read more

I ordered my $1,500 laptop before Thanksgiving. However, I received it yesterday with five rows of dead pixels -- Hundreds. It was sent to me this way. It wasn't damaged during shipping. The box was okay. I booted into BIOS so it clearly wasn't driver-related issues. I spoke with Technical Support, and I was sent a UPS Ground label. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. It'll take a week to send in, they'll have it for up to 14 days, and another week to return. I won't have this until well into 2020. I'll never order fr... read more
