Currently going thru an RMA on a custom built PC that cost me ~$2400 bucks. The PC works but they made a stupid mistake of giving me the wrong PC case. The stupid thing was that the case they gave me isn't an option on their website. The case I ordered was a Cyberpower Furion and they gave me an NZXT H500. And I was also mislead by their photos of the graphics cards on their website and I chose the discounted RTX 2080Ti. The photos they use for those options are photos of the RTX Founder Edition cards. But I received a MSI ... read more

I purchased my son a CyberPower/Gamer Supreme computer and within 45 days of ownership, the CPU Chip and Case Fan failed. I called the mfg CyberPower because the product was still under the manufacture warranty to find out they only honor their parts and labor, not the shipping. I explained that the unit was only 45 days old. CyberPower replied there was nothing they could do for me, but take care of the parts and labor and shipping it back to me. Now, eleven months later the Mother Board has failed. I called and their techs... read more

Providing one star only because I have to choose at least one to leave a review. Awful customer service. Willis ***** in particular. I would never purchase from them again.

We had one of their UPS units fail in a power outage. The unit is less than a year old. I provided everything requested of the warranty person only to have the information requested again via a warranty form for information already provided. So far three times I have provided the information needed, twice with copies of Proof of Purchase (invoices, etc). Now I am supposed to pay postage to send them back a defective UPS so they can test it to make sure it failed the power surge? Really? No, I like wasting my time like this! ... read more

I have called numerous times to get my computer replaced or fixed. I bought it through overstock and within the first few days of receiving it would suddenly shut down after five minutes and go into a hard reboot. On May 28th I called for the 3rd time and have spoken to "supervisor" William at the customer service line about the the issue and he told me he was sorry but I need to pay for return label and shipping cost, I told him I was already offered a free Returned label for free why would I pay for it now? Then he stated ... read more

I ordered a custom build PC and it never worked, but they wanted me to pay for shipping of their defective product back to them. I spent weeks with tech support trying to fix it and sent it back for them to fix it and they were unable to. And after all that they wanted me to pay for the shipping. That is just a terrible business practice.

I should have went to any other company to build my computer besides cyberpowerpc. From the time you place your order, you won't receive it until about 2 weeks later. Most competitors can get the computer to the customer in under a week. The cost for the computer was similar to others; maybe a few bucks cheaper if anything. When I received my computer, I started finding out tons of problems that pc enthusiasts and everyday users would be extremely upset when they found this out. Each motherboard is different. Some have less ... read more

DO NOT PURCHASE. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered the Pro Influencer 100 with the 2080ti, it arrived 5 days after shipping with a dead video card. I wanted a replacement and they wanted to charge me shipping to return the dead video card... I just unboxed this thing and saw artifacts all over the screen. I then said I wanted to return the whole computer, and for that I would not be refunded the "games" that came with the computer and I'd still have to pay shipping. That's about $320... My only option with out losing my money was to ... read more
