My boyfriend gets a job with this company. Works with them for 2 weeks. 1st paycheck was small considering he started at the tailend of a pay period. Yesterday, he worked his Friday for them and then after his shift was over, they gave him his final paycheck and didn't give a response why they let him go except that they didnt need to because California is a "At will " state. So my boyfriend goes to Walmart to cash his check. Walmart denies the check. So boyfriend waits until today to go to the bank that check is drawn from.... read more

Everybody I know has had problems with Cyber-power. They're like that kid in school that just scraped by with C-'s... It works, but barely, and you WILL need to do repairs at some point (probably soon after purchase). Try ecollegepc, I've had much better luck with them...

I had seen the many horror stories online about the integrity of this company, but I decided to buy a $1600 gaming PC regardless. Cyberpower has among the lowest prices for computers, foolishly I thought I was just getting a good deal, the reality is that the computers they sell are complete trash. I purchased it from Fry's as a cautious move, considering the massive quantity of poor reviews from online purchases directly from Cyberpower site, I thought that was the safer bet. It was not. The accounting department, was extremely helpful and patient when I had problems with my bank not authorizing the charge for my pc.

I will never be ordering from these guys again. I ordered a laptop on the 20th I I paid $60 extra for 2 day shipping on the 23rd I was told it would be shipping that night here it is the 30th and now I'm getting told by someone else that it won't be shipped until the 10th. Customer service is rude, no goodby or have a nice day, I was just hung up on.
