I order a cyberpower pc gaming laptop, it came with multiple program errors and I had to return it but gave it a second chance and ordered another laptop. This came with different type of problems, I connected it to a monitor and it signs you out and black screens you when you lower the laptop screen and also blue screens. I will never order anything from this place again.

Horrible Customer Service I purchased a custom build for my son for Christmas. I paid for an upgraded graphics card the AMD6800XT- the PC arrived on time which I was super excited about. Christmas came and after opening and troubleshooting for over 5 hours the determination was the graphics card is bad. The computer doesn't do anything so is totally useless. I tried to call cyberpower support right away, no answer, sat on hold for several hours over the course of my trying to rectify this issue only to be hung up on. Since I... read more

They lie and deceive customers. I have purchased 5 PCs from this company, and have had a few bumps along the way with each purchase. However, ultimately the PCs I have received have been in good working order. The issue I have is the Tech support and the Sales support. Both will lie to you and deceive you just to get you off the phone. I currently have been waiting 2 Weeks for the activation key for windows that was supposed to come with the system. I waited two and a half months for the system to be built and received it 20... read more

This company is a joke when it comes to holding their customer timelines and providing feedback about their delays. They can not honor their OWN deadlines they list on their website once an order is placed. They fail to honor their own set times and ship dates as they post for a customers' account. Not only would I never do business with them again, they should be flagged for bad business and failure to comply with their own company standards. They fail to offer any realistic desire to keep their dates they commit to for shi... read more

Terrible company with worse business practices, low quality parts, and very poor QC/QA. Ordered a PC from them and it was defective, unable to install OS without errors. Called for tech support and those guys are actually pretty helpful and they thought it might have been the HD, MB, or Processor. Waited 2 weeks for a replacement HD and installed it, still didn't work. Sent in PC for RMA and returned to me in ~2-3 weeks, now it doesn't even turn on. They are charging me 69$ on my end for refunding/returning a defective PC I ... read more

I bought three brand new PCs for my children's school and gaming. Every one of the PCs has issues. These issues range from small to large. PC A, the RGB lights stopped working. I paid extra for these. Not a huge issue but still an issue. PC B, the CPU temp runs 120 degrees Farenheight. This is causing the PC to shutdown. We have the blue screen of death and cannot get this resolved. PC C stays powered on while showing no screen. The only way to fix is by a reboot. This is not convenient when a child is in the middle of doing... read more

This is a horrible company, with horrible products. I bought a PC, and out of the box, it didn't work. You'd be better of spending your money on a pocket calculator. Took forever to get someone on the phone, and even if I get a refund, I'm still out on the money I have to pay for shipping. Do not get a PC from them. Don't purchase from them, don't waste your money like that!

I have bought multiple CyberPower Laptops and Desktops. Every single one has had an issue. 2 have had shipping issues where the computers were wet when I got them. And they had packaging that was falling apart. All of them have had component failure and had to have things replaced. This last issue is the one that will cause me to give them bad reviews to help others not get taken by these people. I had a laptop where the memory went bad. So to be quicker and to save their company money I said I would be willing to install ... read more
