RecommendedAC quit over the weekend. Submitted a request online, got a call on Sunday evening to confirm the appointment. Cary J showed up first thing on Monday, found the main problem quick, and had the part on his truck. He additionally went on to find a few more issues that would probably have caused problems down the road, and I especially appreciate his honest opinion on how critical (or not critical) the issues were and what my options were to fix. I have used Crystal at Menchie's, my frozen yogurt store and am now using them at my home also. Have always had very good service and response. Darren was the technician who came to my house and he was great. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
I have to say what a great company with quick and timely service . The tech was awesome and explained everything too me . Got the AC up and going . Thanks to the front office staff especially Heather Schilly for getting me on the books and serviced. God bless
