I have used Crystal heating and cooling for years Gayle is very helpful in scheduling and got a message to Chris quickly so he knew where to find me when he got here...She also checks on my rental property scheduling Chris was on time at the early end of the time range and did his usual great job. He had done my house(s) several times and keeps me informed about the rental properties also

Crystal Heating & Cooling installed my new system 4 years ago. They were very professional. Upon completion of the installation they did an excellent job removing all debris and cleaning up. I placed a service call this morning around 10:45 am. and received service around 1:00 pm. Gary T. was the service Pro that responded to my call. Been using Crystal Heat & Cooling for years. Always satisfied with the service I've received. We've purchased two heat pumps over the last 35 years and have been very satisfied with the service of the equipment and the maintenance service. They told me they could save half of my electric bill and.....they did.
Had routine maintenance on furnace Andy P was friendly, offered explanations, and was promptly on time. Great service
Darren was very professional and helpful He explained everything that needed to be done and completed the repairs very quickly. He was always so very friendly. We have cool air thank goodness. Crystal H & C installed our unit and when we had problems today they were out the same day we called.
Mark excels at his job of making sure my heating and cooling systems operate efficiently and economically. He explains the problem when he finds one and shows you the part that has gone awry. His sense of humor makes you look forward to having him inspect the systems. I've asked that he be the only technician to service my home.
